Jeff is an experienced professional in the renewable and alternative energy industry with a focus on driving company growth and establishing strong customer relationships.  With over 15 years of experience, Jeff has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the commercial and industrial solar market.

Jeff's career in commercial and industrial solar began in 2009, where he specialized in Power Purchase Agreements in the Mid-Atlantic region.  This early experience provided him with valuable insights into all aspects of solar project development, from project origination and structure, through engineering, construction and into operations and maintenance.

Before founding Bala Energy, Jeff held the position of Vice President at Dynamic Energy.  At Dynamic, he played a crucial role in the company's growth and the successful development of C&I solar projects across the United States.

Throughout his career, Jeff has built relationships with 65 unique clients, resulting in nearly $150 million in total project value. His understanding of the commercial, industrial, and community solar landscape in the United States encompasses identifying key target markets, recognizing emerging markets, designing financing structures, and understanding competitive project pricing.

Jeff is a graduate of The Hill School in Pottstown, PA.  He furthered his education at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, focusing on finance and entrepreneurship. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeff finds fulfillment in various personal pursuits.  He resides in Philadelphia with his wife Kelly, their son Ben and daughter Mary Kate.  In his leisure time, enjoys playing golf, exploring new travel destinations, engaging in commercial real estate development, and supporting Philadelphia sports teams.

Ian is a proven management consultant bringing over 30 years of diverse management and operational experience to his role as Director of Operations at Bala Energy.  His career spans commercial solar development, residential and commercial construction, management consulting, and corporate cost accounting, equipping him with a unique blend of technical, operational, and business expertise.

Most recently, Ian served with Johnson & Johnson, where he managed a global initiative to measure customer and product profitability across the Medical Device and Consumer divisions.

Previously as a Management Consultant with Acorn Systems, he led consulting teams, drove business development, and implemented cost and profitability management systems for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, distribution, retail, and financial services. He completed 24 successful software implementations and advised executives on strategies to improve profitability through cost and performance insights.

Ian resides in Devon, PA with his family.

Manoli brings more than 12 years of technical, hands-on solar industry experience to Bala Energy. Throughout his career, he has delivered over 20 megawatts of installed solar across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and community solar projects nationwide.

Before joining Bala Energy, Manoli served as Director of Operations at Dynamic Energy Solutions in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this role, he led project delivery for U.S.-based commercial and industrial solar installations, establishing company-wide safety protocols, managing subcontractors, overseeing engineering and technical due diligence, and guiding projects through design, interconnection, permitting, procurement, construction, and long-term O&M.

Prior to Dynamic Energy, Manoli served as Director of Operations at Keares Electric in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. There, he built and trained the company’s solar installation team, managed engineering functions, and implemented safety and quality standards while supporting the successful deployment of commercial and community solar systems.

At Bala Energy, Manoli leads all aspects of project delivery, ensuring each system is engineered, constructed, and commissioned to the highest technical and safety standards. His depth of experience, field-tested judgment, and commitment to operational excellence make him an invaluable leader for Bala’s growing portfolio of distributed energy projects.

Manoli resides in Philadelphia, PA.
